At Time to Change, we define Social Contact as “Conversations that take place between people who have lived experience of mental health problems and those who may not”.
Time to change is a national campaign whose aim is to eliminate the stigma around mental health problems. Knowing how to start and end conversations around mental health can be a little scary.
We are offering a free 3 hour training course to learn how to safely and effectively talk to people about mental health.
If you have always wanted to speak up about how you feel or ask others how they are feeling then this is the course for you.
PLEASE NOTE TO ATTEND THIS COURSE WE ASK YOU TO SIGN US AS A TIME TO CHANGE CHAMPION.
IT'S TOTALLY FREE:- YOU ARE NOT COMMITTING YOURSELF TO DO ANYTHING (ALTHOUGH WE HOPE YOU WILL)
WE WON'T BE SELLING YOU ANYTHING!

Do you have to pay to become a Champion or attend meetings?
No we don't charge anything to attend the meetings or to sign the pledge. We will be doing some fundraising but you don't have to help with that if you dont want to.
