Time to do Yoga

Chloe's class will be accessible for all abilities, levels and bodies, and will incorporate nourishing movement and stress reduction and breathing techniques. So, whether you are a beginner looking to explore the practice of yoga, or more experienced and looking to relax, this class will have something for you.

All you will need is a yoga mat or towel/soft surface to work on.

How to join

This event will be hybrid. You can either join in person or on Zoom. Details on how to register to access the zoom link will be sent to you via the RCN email. We do not record "Time To" events, as they are based on participation.
