Description

We are delighted to announce the holding of a CPSU Time to Listen training course.

The CPSU, in association with the NSPCC, has developed Time to Listen (TTL), a training programme specifically for people who have a designated role in safeguarding within a sports setting in England and Wales.

TTL is a training course designed to equip designated persons at various levels within sporting organisations to fulfil their safeguarding responsibilities to children.

Who is the course for?

This training course is suitable for club safeguarding and welfare officers, within sports organisations in England and Wales.

Anybody wishing to attend this course must have already attended a basic safeguarding workshop, e.g. scUK Safegaurding & Protecting Children

Important Note - Some National Governing Bodies do not recognise this course, as they require their clubs welfare officers to attend a sport-specific course. If you are uncertain as to whether or not your sport recognises this course, please contact sophie.burton@hants.gov.uk for clarification.

Who is the Tutor? Sacha Nicholas (Hampshire FA and Playing Fields Association)

Cost: £35.00 + BF
