About this event

Health • Personal health

Take a pause with us for an afternoon of connection, understanding, and self-care as we launch our Menopause Support event at the University of Westminster.

This calm and supportive session offers a chance to:

  • Learn more about the University’s ongoing work to support people experiencing menopause.
  • Hear from speakers who are helping shape this work.
  • Take time to relax, reflect, and connect with others in a safe, welcoming space.

Whether you’re going through menopause yourself or want to better support colleagues, loved ones and friends who are, this event is open to everyone across our University community.

Enjoy a light lunch, a calming breathwork session, and open conversation about menopause and wellbeing.
