It’s OK for parents to say when they don’t feel great and want to talk about things.

That’s why Brent Council and Brent Clinical Commissioning Group have organised an event for parents in Brent to find out more about emotional wellbeing and recognise mental health issues which they or their children may experience. The evening will feature talks by parents, discussion and offer information about emotional wellbeing and mental health. The event is for parent or carers in Brent but other family members over 18 are also welcome.

You are providing your information to Brent Council's Strategy and Partnerships Team, who can be contacted by emailing StrategyandPartnerships@brent.gov.uk. The Council’s Data Protection Officer can be contacted via dpo@brent.gov.uk.

Your information is collected for the purpose of booking, administering, delivering and evaluating a training session, briefing or event, as required to perform a task in the public interest. The information you give us will be shared with those involved in administering, delivering and evaluating the event and if necessary the organisation you represent. The information shall be retained for a maximum period of three years.

Your information shall be processed in adherence to your legal rights, including but not limited to the right to withdraw consent, right to copies of your information and right to be forgotten. You have a right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (www.ico.org.uk).

If you wish to attend our event, but do not want to use Eventbrite, you can call 020 8937 1068 or email StrategyandPartnerships@brent.gov.uk with your name and e-mail address and we will allocate you a place. Your information will still be stored and used by Brent Council (as stated above) but will not be entered onto the Eventbrite system.
