About this event

Norfolk Community Foundation is a charity dedicated to building stronger communities and improving the lives of people in Norfolk.

Our 1 to 1 online catch ups offer your group the opportunity to have an informal chat with a member of our programmes team.

You may wish to discuss a new project, update us on how things are progressing with an existing grant, or find out more about who we are and how we support Norfolk’s charities and voluntary organisations.

We provide more than just grants, we offer a range of support to Norfolk’s charities and voluntary organisations, and we’re keen to understand more about your group, what you do, and the challenges you are trying to address.

We are always available on the phone and by email, but if you would welcome the opportunity to meet with us face to face (albeit virtually for now!) then please do book a slot. During the booking process, you will be asked a few questions to help us understand what you hope to get out of the meeting. Please do take the time to provide this detail so we can connect you to the right team member, and have useful information to hand.

Slots will be a maximum of 30 minutes. A member of the team will contact you at least 48hrs before your slot with a link for the online meeting. We are happy for more than one person from your organisation to attend, simply forward them the link once received.

Please note: You do not need to be a registered charity to seek support from Norfolk Community Foundation, but your organisation and its activities must be charitable in purpose, and work to meet the needs of local people:

  • Voluntary and community groups with a constitution
  • Registered charities
  • Charitable Incorporated Organisations (CIOs)
  • Parish/ town councils can apply where the project is clearly of wide community benefit, such as a play area.
  • Faith organisations can apply for inclusive community activities that do not promote religious beliefs.
  • Social Enterprises/ Community Interest Companies (CICs) can apply providing a business plan and a community statement can be provided. We are unlikely to pay for continuing services.

If you are looking for funding now, it may be helpful for you to view the funding opportunities we currently have available that may be suitable for your project - click here.
