Event description

Description

Time Travel Club

It's the year 1650 and Oliver Cromwell has banned Christmas! But lots of forbidden festive traditions take place behind closed doors...Come on a sensory story-telling adventure to find out about Christmas in the 17th century, then create your own Christmas craft.

This event is for ages 5-7 years. Parents/carers do not need to book tickets.

If you would like a free ticket for a younger sibling (one per paid child), please contact timetravelclub@nationalarchives.gov.uk.

Time Travellers will be provided with a passport and can then collect stamps at each event they take part in. See how many you can collect!

Pick up one of our free Time Travel Club activity packs when you visit.

We run an exciting range of events and exhibitions on a wide variety of topics. For more details, visit nationalarchives.gov.uk/whatson.

Please note: Charges are now applicable in our visitor car park. For more information follow the link.
