You will receive a confirmation email which includes your entry ticket as well as further instructions to help you have an enjoyable and safe visit to Japan House London.

Before making your booking, you might like to note the following:

• Every guest will require their own ticket (with the exception of children under five) and guests are encouraged to visit individually

• The 15 minute slot on your ticket indicates your chosen arrival time. Please arrive within this 15 minute slot. We are unable to guarantee entry for guests who arrive late

• Our booking system is based on guests spending around 45 minutes at Japan House London. There may be occasions when guests are asked to wait outside for a short while in order to maintain the appropriate number of visitors inside the building

• Guests will be able to access the Ground Floor, including The Shop, The Stand and our cultural installations

• The seating area in Japan House has been temporarily removed

• In line with UK Government regulations, it is mandatory for guests aged 11 and over to wear face coverings, unless they are exempt from doing so. Check here for more details.
• As of 17 October, guests to Japan House London may only visit with members of their own household or support bubble, in accordance with the 'Tier 2' restrictions applicable to London.
