FAST TRACK TO STRESS LESS!

8 week Mindfulness for Stress Reduction course.


Tewkesbury courses - following the success (and sell out within 2 days of publishing!) of the previous Mindfulness for Stress Reduction course in September, I have added two new dates for early 2018, for affordable 8 week courses. - £74. (£25 deposit to reserve your place, £49 balance due 2 weeks prior to start date).

-Timeout! (Course 1). Thursdays, 7 - 9pm, from 11th January to 1st March 2018. Limited to 10 spaces -7 spaces left
-Timeout! (Course 2). Thursdays, 7 - 9pm, from 8th March to April 26th 2018. Limited to 10 spaces -9 spaces left
(Other 8 week mindfulness stress reduction courses are between £200 and £250, but I believe it should be affordable in order to help as many people as possible stress less and enjoy their lives more!)

Based on feedback from students, I have tweaked the original 8 week mindfulness for stress reduction course:
- to have less homework, and more experiential practice in class. The new adjustments mean that it will be easier for people with busy lives, full time jobs, or even young children, to learn and benefit from learning mindfulness. There will still be the opportunity and resources for daily practice and keeping a reflective journal at home, for those people that have time.
- to include an optional recommended course book with CD, for people who wish to read in-between classes.
-and a private Facebook group, to chat and share ideas and experiences.
