An open meeting for staff to ask questions about the introduction of collaborative timetabling, and of new ways to record staff availability, taking place on Wednesday, 1 February, 1.00pm - 2.00pm.

The Timetable Project is working to deliver more effective timetabling for our students and staff - supporting delivery of the best possible teaching and learning activity, making sure all academic colleagues are treated fairly, and making optimal use of our space on campus.

This open meeting is an opportunity for you to put your questions to our panel about the changes to the Timetabling Policy and Code of Practice, the timetable activity data capture process and timelines, and the process of applying for a Teaching Availability Arrangement (TAA) and recording existing Flexible Working Arrangements (FWAs).

The panel will include:

You can submit questions in advance of the session (when you register on Eventbrite) or ask them live at the event.

Places will be limited to 300 people. For those unable to attend, the session will be live-streamed. Simply visit the StaffNet homepage on the day to watch.
