The Mayor Andy Burnham, Timewise Director Emma Stewart MBE, and Managing Director of Dunsters Farm Hannah Barlow will be speaking as part of a panel chaired by the GMCA portfolio lead for Economy & Business, Cllr Elise Wilson, to mark the launch of the Timewise report on the availability of flexible work across Greater Manchester. This report, funded by and in collaboration with the Inclusive Growth Network (IGN), shows that while Greater Manchester is better than the national average, the demand for flexible working is not keeping up with supply, and that the benefits are largely being confined to higher paid professionals able to work remotely.
