Men's TINDERBOX, 15th Nov 7-9pm
Women's TINDERBOX, 16th Nov 7-9pm
Our next TINDERBOX events, one for women, one for men, will be held in Marylebone from 7-9pm. Please register to come.
TINDERBOX meetings are designed to nurture a quiet confidence in women and men, always rooted in awareness and respect for the power of the earth, with the fire at its centre a source of stability, creativity and unity.
It doesn’t matter if you don’t understand the language of TINDERBOX. It doesn’t matter if your intellectual self dismisses or draws you back from reading this. There’s a body that goes with your mind. Your body cannot survive without the resources of the earth, the energy of the sun nor the fire at the earth’s core which helps to make our atmosphere. Your body answer to gravity. You too want to feel at home, ideally in yourself, as yourself. And to feel a valued part of something.
Come for an adventure. It will be entirely pleasurable unless you want to know exactly where you are going, or even more discomforting, are certain that you already know and want to be seen as a knower. Think childhood. Think unselfconscious happy discovery. There are untapped resources in each of us, often bundled up, judged and made unavailable by reason. We properly value our capacity for logic and clear-thinking and that part often gets the casting vote. But there’s also a wise, instinctual self every bit as useful. This is a less subjective resource, an inner teaching accessed through awareness of what governs our bodies and makes us all equal. It’s therefore inclusive, not only of other people but of other forms of life.
Check out the film clips of the practice and the one minute’s silence (we’ve shortened it!) at our inaugural event at

TINDERBOX starts promptly at 7pm with a led practice. It’s therefore vital that you are there on time. Latecomers will not be admitted. Please make the appropriate travel arrangements and respect the place that you have put your name to, so that your tardiness does not mean a lost opportunity for someone else who might have had your seat. Thanks.
