Clipstone, Tiny Forest Discovery Day!
This is free to attend and open to all ages
Central Bedfordshire Council worked with Earthwatch Europe to establish a Tiny Forest at Clipstone.
Join us on Thursday, 11 September where we can explore your local Tiny Forest here in Clipstone! Enjoy our fun family-friendly activities, connect with nature, and meet other members of the community. You may even want to try out one of our fun science experiments!
What the event will include:
- Explore local wildlife like butterflies, bees and bugs.
- Meet like-minded people in your local community.
- Light refreshments
- Feel free to bring along a picnic and water.

Date and Time: Thursday 11 September; 2:00pm-6:00pm. You are welcome to stay for as little or as long as you like.
Getting there: We recommend using public transport, walking or car sharing wherever possible.

Outdoor clothing is advised and if you can bring gardening gloves, that would be great too!
Please also bring a phone or tablet along with you in order to use our online science surveys. We will have printed copies on the day too if that’s not possible.
