This event is FREE family-friendly event, and everyone's welcome
Come and join us so we can explore your local Tiny Forest here in Norland Open Space, H&F! Enjoy our fun family-friendly activities, a hot cooked meal provided by Nourish Hub, and meet other members of the community. You may even want to try out one of our fun science experiments!
Earthwatch Europe's Tiny Forests are planted in urban locations, where nature is most needed. Across the UK, Tiny Forests are reconnecting people with nature, enhancing wellbeing, helping to mitigate the impacts of climate change and providing nature-rich habitat patches to support urban wildlife.
What the event will include:
- Explore local wildlife like butterflies, bees and bugs.
- Enjoy fun mindful nature based activities.
- A hot cooked meal provided by Nourish Hub.
- Meet like-minded people in your local community.

Session 1 - 10:30am-12:30pm
Lunch - 12:30pm-2:00pm at Nourish Hub
Session 2 - 2:00pm - 3:00pm
If you are joining us for some Tiny Forest fun, morning or afternoon session, please do join us for a hot cooked meal at the Nourish Hub from 12:30 til 2:00pm. We will walk over to the hub together after our morning session, but meet us at the hub if you are coming later.
Getting there: We encourage using public transport, walking or car sharing wherever possible.
