Tipi Yoga Gathering: Monthly Brunch Series

Start your weekend with calm, connection, and nourishment in the beautiful rustic tipi at The Spire and Spoke. Our monthly gatherings combine slow flow yoga, meditation, and breathwork with a nourishing brunch, all set against the stunning backdrop of the Chiltern Hills.

From April 2025, we’ll also be joined by a guest expert from Watlington Wellness Centre for select sessions, who will share simple, practical wellbeing tools to support your everyday life.

What’s included:
✨ Guided breathwork to settle the nervous system
✨ Slow flow yoga under the tipi canopy with countryside views
✨ Deep relaxation and meditation
✨ Herbal teas and infused water
✨ A seasonal homemade brunch (vegetarian, vegan, and GF options available)
✨ A mini-session with our visiting wellness practitioner

✨ Goody bag from Watlington Wellness Centre

Sample menu may include:

  • Crudité platter with pittas and dips
  • Seasonal salads & crustless quiche
  • Homemade soup or warming curry with flatbread (in cooler months)

Practical info

  • Car and bike parking available on site
  • Mats and props provided (bring your own if you prefer)
  • The tipi is heated, but wear layers to stay cosy
  • Suitable for all levels – from complete beginners to seasoned yogis
  • Please share any injuries, conditions, or dietary requirements (at least 10 days before)

About Esther
I’m Esther, an 800+ hour yoga teacher with a background in mindfulness, yoga for mental wellbeing, functional movement, and deep relaxation practices. Over the years, I’ve taught across many styles, including aerial, accessible, pregnancy, postnatal, and yoga for athletes. My teaching is warm, inclusive, and designed to help everyone feel supported – whether it’s your very first class or your hundredth.

The Spire and Spoke is a much-loved Chilterns hub for walkers, cyclists, and now yogis too – a perfect place to breathe, move, and brunch together under the tipi’s twinkling canopy.
