Tipi Yoga Gathering: Monthly Series
Start your weekend with calm, connection, and nourishment in the beautiful rustic tipi at The Spire and Spoke. Our monthly gatherings combine slow flow yoga, meditation, and breathwork, all set against the stunning backdrop of the Chiltern Hills.
From April 2025, we’ll also be joined by a guest expert from Watlington Wellness Centre for select sessions, who will share simple, practical wellbeing tools to support your everyday life.
What’s included:

🕙 10:00–11:45 | Breathwork, yoga, and meditation

After the session
Guests are warmly invited to stay on and enjoy lunch together. Food and drinks can be ordered directly from The Spire and Spoke’s menu upon arrival. Please note that during busy periods there may be a wait for service.

Mats and props provided (bring your own if you prefer)
The tipi is heated, but wear layers to stay cosy
Suitable for all levels – from complete beginners to seasoned yogis

About Esther
I’m Esther, an 800+ hour yoga teacher with a background in mindfulness, yoga for mental wellbeing, functional movement, and deep relaxation practices. Over the years, I’ve taught across many styles, including aerial, accessible, pregnancy, postnatal, and yoga for athletes. My teaching is warm, inclusive, and designed to help everyone feel supported – whether it’s your very first class or your hundredth.
The Spire and Spoke is a much-loved Chilterns hub for walkers, cyclists, and now yogis too – a perfect place to breathe, move, and connect together under the tipi’s twinkling canopy.
