Jane Gurnett, co-founder of Act for Autism, will be sharing Act for Autism's work with heartbeat rhythms and how to support your child's regulation, alongside your own anxiety levels. Jane will be sharing the science behind our work and some simple strategies you can use immediately to benefit you and your child. Learn how to breathe well and support your child to 'check in' to their heartbeat, to aid their emotional and sensory regulation.
