Robert Swerling is joint CEO of The Up Group. He joined the company in 2013 from Livebookings, where he served as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to this, Robert was the Head of Commerce Partnerships EMEA for Google and subsequently Principal, New Business Development. Previously, Robert was the co-founder and COO of Credit Market Analysis. Sophie Clifford is a specialist employment lawyer with over 15 years’ legal experience. Sophie’s a public access barrister (she does not wear a wig!) and she’s seen it from the employer’s side and the employee’s side. Nigel Jones trained at City law firm Berwin Leighton.
