Piping Techniques: I'll walk you through the different types of piping bags and tips, showing you how to hold the bag for maximum control and how to scoop cream into it efficiently. I'll also demonstrate how to use various piping tips to create beautiful textures and designs.
Coffee Talks: We'll discuss how to find the perfect coffee ratio to balance flavor. I'll explain why the coffee provides crucial moisture for soaking the sponge biscuits and highlight that soaking time remains consistent no matter the strength of the coffee. For those who prefer a milder coffee flavour, I'll show you how to adjust the preparation process in advance while keeping the biscuits perfectly soaked.
Infusing Flavors into Cream: I'll show you how to incorporate unique flavors into the cream, like vanilla, citrus, or liqueurs, without deflating it. We'll go over the right techniques to fold in these flavors gently, maintaining the cream's light and fluffy texture for that perfect tiramisu topping.
