It is not my name printed on my ticket, is this okay?

If tickets were bought in a multiple order by one person, it is advised to arrive in said multi group. If not possible, we would advise you to have the contact details of the named individual, Remember to bring your own ID All tickets have a unique barcode that only allow them to be scanned once

I no longer need my ticket, can I get a refund or sell it on?

It is not within our policy to offer refunds on tickets, however tickets are always in high demand and you may sell it on independently.
We would recommend selling you ticket through our official resale partner Tixel HERE
Tickets bought through third parties and bought at your own risk.
