Join us for a 4-hour workshop led by Ted Rogers; a day to move, breathe, and get into the mess and beauty of the body. Expect poetic, physical, and deeply felt movement rooted in contemporary dance, improvisation, and personal exploration.

This is for anyone curious about dance as a way of connecting to themselves, to others and to what’s moving underneath it all.
