I have registered on Eventbrite, but I won’t be able to attend. What should I do?

Please cancel your registration on Eventbrite so that we can release your ticket to someone else who would like to attend.

What time do doors open?

Doors will open at 10:30am and the event will start at 11am. Please arrive early to allow time for registration and to secure your seats, ticket holders will be sat on a first-come-first-served basis.

Can I reserve seats for my friends/family?

Unfortunately, due to the high demand for spaces, you are unable to reserve seats. You’re advised to arrive and join the queue with your friends & family in order to guarantee that you will sit together.

I’m unable to register because the event is sold out on Eventbrite, can I still attend?

This means we are currently at full capacity. If you’d still like to attend, please join the waiting list and keep an eye on Eventbrite in case more spaces become available.

If you're unable to secure a ticket in advance, we will be admitting non-registered attendees at the door after registered guests have been seated. Entry will be on a first-come, first-served basis until we reach final capacity.

How do I get to the venue?

The Intercontinental Hotel is conveniently accessible via public transportation. The North Greenwich Tube Station (Jubilee Line) is a 5-minute walk to the venue.

Parking Options: For those driving to the event, please note that there are very limited parking spaces on site at the venue, and parking spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The parking fee is £45.00 per day for guests and there are no discounted rates.

There are other available car parks in the vicinity. Please note the following options:

North Greenwich Car Park:

Located adjacent to The O2 arena offers secure and convenient parking facilities. Please check rates and availability and register in advance to guarantee a spot.

O2 Arena Parking: - The O2 arena also provides parking facilities in Car park 1, 2, 3 and 4.
