Overview

Join Babs Behan for a virtual workshop on plant-based furoshiki painting.

This winter, join textile artist and intuitive herbalist Babs Behan, founder of Botanical Inks, for a seasonal workshop that blends ritual, natural colour, and slow craft.

In this gentle and creative session, Babs will guide you through the art of painting with plant-based colour to create your own furoshiki - a traditional Japanese wrapping cloth, designed to be reused and cherished.

Rooted in both practical craft and ritual, this workshop invites you to slow down and reconnect - with nature, with colour, and with the joy of giving. Whether you use your cloth for wrapping gifts, adorning your table, or wearing as a scarf, each piece holds the memory of your making.
