Luggage storage can be used at any time and free of charge.

All you can eat breakfast is included. Access times will be communicated on site.

Can I extend my hotel stay?

Yes, you can. Additional nights are subject to availability and all costs associated with trip extensions will be communicated by mail.

You will eat when and with whom you want, but it is not excluded that appointments are given.

I don't know Tobago, would I be totally guided?

You will have a booklet with all the information necessary for the events and we will organize group departures. You will be guided for events and activities organised for the group.

In Tobago the currency is Trinidad & Tobago Dollar (TTD)

Roaming could be really expensive, we suggest to buy a sim card to the airport when you arrive or a e-sim before your arrival.

How do I reserve? Can I pay by bank transfer? And in cash?

You can book our packs on our website with a deposit. We do not accept cash. Payment can be made in 4 installments :
1st deposit (400 euros), 2nd installment (400 euros) must be paid before 5 july. 3rd installment (400 euros) must be paid before 5 aug.
last installment (amount tbd)  before 5 october

Is it possible to make a reservation for a young person under 18?

No, as our package include event with alcohol access, people under 18 can’t participate.

We do not offer a flight option in our pack but we will be happy to help you book your flight.

Do you offer a travel insurance included in your pack?

Travel insurance is not included in our packages but is strongly recommended.

Drinks are not included in our packages unless specifically mentioned for some events/activities.

Are transports for all events and parades included in your packs?

All transfers from/to the hotel to the events, parades and group tours included in our program will be provided. transfer for optional events will not be included. Personal travel are also not included.

How will I know my registration is confirmed?

Once you have paid the deposit, you will receive an email confirmation from Eventbrite.

What happens if I don't attend one of the events offered in the package?

Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance.
