Toddler Rhyme Time (Carnforth)
Wed 9 November 2016, 13:45 – 14:30 GMT
at Carnforth Library every week
Sing-along songs and rhymes with movement and actions for pre-school children from around 18 months upwards. Rhyming is more than just fun, it actually helps young children make connections between sounds and words, encouraging their language development plus the actions help develop motor skills. It will keep your toddler entertained and engaged in learning!
We aim to finish in time for you to collect older brothers and sisters from school, but the session is very informal so feel free to drop in (or out) when you want to. If we have time we'll either read some stories or maybe have an activity at the end of the session.
The library opens at 2pm, but we're ready to sing and wiggle earlier than that - if the doors aren't open at 1345, give a big knock!
