What do we need in order to feel and function at our best changes throughout our lives? Thinking of stress as an equation, we use the core pillars of wellbeing to take you through how to better control of your current reality, building up your personal toolboxes in order to restore some balance, through times of uncertainty.
Event house keeping

- After completing your free registration you will receive an email with the link to a Zoom online meeting room, this may be up to 48 hours before the event.

Kat Searson our session leader is a trained coach, yoga teacher, ex HR director, and founder of Tula, a wellbeing consultancy & collective. From the very beginning, Tula’s mission has been to drive a culture shift to support mental, emotional, and physical health so people not only work, but live well.
