About this event

Meditate on it

Let's come together virtually to start the day with a slice of calm. Using yogic breath work to prepare for meditation, these sessions are designed to help set you up for the day. These tools can be superpowers to ease anxiety, offer release, and focus. Sign up the full week of sessions to form habits, learn new techniques with a live guide and connect with a new online community.

Kat Searson - Founder of Tula Wellness Collective

Kat Searson our session leader is a trained coach, yoga teacher, ex HR director, and founder of Tula, a wellbeing consultancy & collective. From the very beginning, Tula’s mission has been to drive a culture shift to support mental, emotional, and physical health so people not only work, but live well.

A note from Kat...

'Potential threats to our wellbeing can come from any number of sources; work, home, relationships etc. And now, we’re facing unprecedented times, collectively grappling to acclimatise to our new normal of a global pandemic. Looking after our wellbeing isn’t often as straightforward as addressing one dimension of our life. With this in mind, we have 5 core pillars of wellbeing that define our approach: Solid Foundations, Physiology, Identity, Connection, Create & Express. Through these pillars, we offer accessible tools, with our collective of experts; psychiatrists, nutritional therapists, athletes, artists and more, to help people not only survive, but thrive'.
