About this event
Who is invited?
Anyone who organises an event or activity, large or small, to provide people creative things to do in Gloucester. The gathering is an opportunity for you to:
Start to meet with people across sectors in Gloucester.
Take part in Ripple Effects Mapping (REM); a planning/development and evaluation tool that supports people to reflect on what’s happened between April 2024 – October 2025 and plan for how things can go forward.
Imagine future projects together, which could lead to developing joint projects and potential collaborative funding bids.
Due to limited capacity; please register a maximum of 2 people per organisation. We will share a outline of the event to assist you to come prepared to add the events your planning or dream about happening.
If you are unable to attend the event, please send an email to hello@gloucesterculture.org.uk and we can share a Survey, so you or your organisation can be represented at the gathering and for GCT’s ongoing work.
On the day:
Please arrive at 9.30 for registration and refreshment. We will be starting at 9.45am promptly and the gathering is facilitated by 64 Million Artists and Laura Drane, so please allow time to find your seat.
We will provide refreshments and snacks. Feel free to bring your own if you would prefer. Please do bring a water bottle.
If you are not familiar with The Friendship Cafe this link (on the rooms to hire page) has pictures of the main hall, where you will be. There will be a quiet room to meet a journalist to share your stories and do an audio interview. If you do not want your photograph taken then please let the registration staff know on your arrival.
