Elara is for entrepreneurial and professional women and anyone from a marginalised gender, who values connection, personal growth, and purposeful action. Whether you’re a founder, freelancer, creative, or changemaker, you’re welcome here.

Do I need to be a member to attend?

Nope! Non-members can purchase a one-off ticket. If you love the vibe and want to come regularly, check out our monthly membership for extra perks and ongoing support.

Is this just networking?

Definitely not. While you’ll meet amazing people, Elara events are rooted in depth, reflection, and real talk - not salesy small talk. Expect inspiration and community over competition.

Just yourself - as you are. Notebooks are welcome if you like to jot things down, but nothing formal is required.

Can I come on my own?

Absolutely. Many do! We’re a warm, welcoming space and you’ll be greeted with open arms. If you’re nervous, drop us a message in advance and we’ll look out for you.

What’s included in the ticket?

Your ticket includes a healthy breakfast spread, refreshments, an engaging guest talk or workshop, and time to connect with like-minded women.

Each month, we host in-person gatherings in Newcastle that offer more than just networking, they’re a space to learn, be inspired, share stories, and build community with others who get it.
