Welcome to Toileting support for children and young people with SEND

Join ERIC on Tuesday 13th January at 7PM.

In this session we will explore how the bowel works, what can go wrong and what to do about it. An essential first step towards potty training your toddler or toilet training an older child.

In this session, ERIC will cover:

• Recognising constipation, and the importance of treatment, as well as working towards getting the poo in the loo.
• How to use our knowledge of how the bladder and bowel work to shape toileting programmes.
• Children’s individual needs enabling you to personalise the programme, and maximise the chances of success.
• And much more!

Places are free to parent carers living in Bristol or have a child in a Bristol school, but if you're able to make a small donation to help us continue offering free sessions to as many families as possible, we’d be incredibly grateful.

*Please note, to attend this session for free you must live in Bristol (your bin will be collected by Bristol City Council), or your child must attend a school in the Bristol city area. You must also have a child with Special Educational Needs, but they do not need to have a diagnosis.
