About this event

Toltec Chakra Balancing – A Concert of Breath and Sound

Step into the breathtaking acoustics of Brighton’s 19th-century Gothic Hall and experience a unique Toltec-inspired sound and breath journey. This is not a class, but a living concert — an immersive experience where breath, voice, and space become one.

Guided by Feodor Kouznetsov — author, Toltec breathing guide, and creator of the Formula.life method — you’ll be led through the seven seed syllables. Each syllable is sung in rhythm with the breath, amplified by the cathedral-like resonance of St Augustine’s, turning every voice into part of the music.

In ancient Mexico, these inner resonance points were called cuevas — caves of energy within the body. In Tibetan tradition, these same syllables are used to harmonise and balance. Here, the two lineages meet in a rare Toltec-inspired experience.

To be Toltec means to be in the measure. In this concert we measure with our breath, with our voice, and with our silence — feeling the present moment more deeply than ever before.
