We're delighted to welcome best-selling author and gluten expert Dr Tom O'Bryan to The Willow for a special supper club this Spring.

Join us for this exclusive event to hear Tom talk about leaky gut and the development of autoimmune disease, and to enjoy a 3 course meal at our award-winning, 100% gluten free restaurant with dishes specially selected by Tom. Tom will also be signing copies of his best-selling book "The Autoimmune Fix".

During Tom's talk "Fire in The Hole: Intestinal Permeability, The Development of Autoimmune Disease, and a Comprehensive Approach to Healing the Gut", you'll learn:

  • The underlying mechanisms taxing the immune system

  • The main environmental triggers that negatively affect the immune system

  • The mechanisms in the development of the autoimmune spectrum

  • Which tests help to identify autoimmune conditions

Dinner will be a 3 course set menu with a choice of vegan or meat/fish*. Closer to the event, we will email you with full details and ask you to confirm your menu choice.

Tom will also be signing copies of his best-selling book 'The Autoimmune Fix'. Copies will be available to purchase on the night or you can bring your copy of the book to the event.

This event is for both practitioners and members of the public with an interest in the subject matter.

About Tom O'Bryan

Tom O’Bryan is a world expert on gluten and its impact on your health. What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is free parking outside the venue, in front of the row of shops and Vauxhall dealership opposite (free from 5.30pm) and in nearby residential streets (please check the signs).

Norbiton is the closest train station on the Waterloo to Shepperton line (c5 mins in a taxi), alternatives are Kingston and New Malden (both c10mins in a taxi). The 213 bus stops outside (Kingston to Sutton route) and other buses stop close by.
