Tomotori Manga Club – London Anime & Manga Community Event
Join us for the third Manga Club with Tomotori, London’s community for anime and manga fans. Whether you’re here to discuss your favourite series, try your hand at editing or drawing, or just meet fellow fans, this is a night packed with activities and fun.
Event Schedule
18:30 – Arrivals & Sign-In. Kick things off by clapping (or booing!) for hot takes and unpopular opinions.
19:30 – Manga Bingo with prizes, including full manga sets for the winners.
19:45 – Manga Discussion: Vagabond. We’ll split into groups depending on how much you’ve read, so newcomers and long-time fans can all join in.
20:30 – Anime Editing Class with @XLerate. Learn the basics of AfterEffects and start editing your own anime videos.
21:30 – Drawing Lessons with @Joshuathesporadicartist. Get creative and pick up new skills with a hands-on drawing session.
22:30 - POWERPOINTS!!!! Please email me (hello@tomotori.com) your 5 minute powerpoint. They can be on anything Japan / anime / manga related! Feel free to rant about your fave anime, and then have a 2 min q&a (or debate) session after. As usual, stickers for participation!
Throughout the evening, we’ll also have vendors selling anime prints, figures and more. If you’re an artist or seller who’d like a table, please purchase a vendor ticket.
