About this Event

Tonic 04 was all about complex experiences, Tonic 05 about humanised experiences.

This time, we're looking at how to measure the customer experience. When benchmarking a feeling is difficult, when you can't witness an experience or interrogate a user, when the results are not at your fingertips or there's too much data to make sense of anything... How do you understand if your changes have improved an overall service or product? Or if you've succeeded in adding more value? Or if you've made your customer's life easier?
