Too Many Critics Brighton
Sun 9 April 2017, 12:30 – 17:30 BST
Curated by The Set Restaurant, we are delighted to announce the first Too Many Critics Brighton taking place on Sunday 9th April 2017. Located in Regency Square with sea-views over the iconic West Pier, The Set offers seasonal British tasting menus in a relaxed and friendly restaurant.
Some of Brighton's top restaurant critics and food writers will experience life on the other side of the pass, as they prepare an exclusive menu to be judged by Brighton's restaurateurs, chefs and diners.
Guests will be welcomed with a cocktail from Blackdown Distillery, before the critics are put through their paces to create a six course tasting menu, with each course designed by one of the critics. This year's critics line up:
Andy Lynes @andylynes
Fran Villani @graphic_foodie
Tom Flint @foodboozereview
Euan Macdonald @euanmac60
Rosie Swaffer @rosieposieBTN
Eshe Brown @foodieEshe
Tickets include a six course tasting menu, cocktail from Blackdown Distillery and a glass of Ridgeview Cavendish. Wine and other drinks will be available to purchase with all proceeds going to Action Against Hunger.
Guests will then have the opportunity to bid on a host of exclusive and experiences and items in our Live auction.
All proceeds from the event will go towards our work to provide malnourished children with healthier futures in nearly 50 countries worldwide.
