Event description

Description

In this session we will hand you 3 tools that you can use to identify clear opportunities to reduce friction & pain for your customers whilst simultaneously identifying opportunities to deliver increasingly desirable products & experiences.

Our toolbox sessions are intense and immersive. They’re dedicated to giving you ‘How to’ skills. We expect that after you leave you can immediately implement new ways of doing things within your business. They are short, sharp, sleeves rolled up sessions.

In our first toolbox session, we will look at 3 key tools for:

  • Empathising with your target customers to understand what they really need and what their pain & gain points are

  • Profiling your bullseye target customer

  • Mapping the customer experience when your target is researching & shopping for products and services like yours

They will also provide rich, emotional insights that enhance your ability to position your products and services and ultimately your brand as a creator of value in your customer’s life.

This is a brilliant session for any business leader who feels that they have more to offer their customers but are struggling to articulate it, or similarly any business leader who feels that they are not seeing their brand or business develop customer relationships that go beyond the initial transaction stage.

This session will include worksheets, practical examples and action planning. Refreshments will be provided

Your facilitator for this session is John Zaheer-Flaherty of numberoneson, a senior marketing consultant and brand strategist with more than 20 years experience of leading household name brands such as Youngs, Durex, Scholl & Reebok domestically & internationally and more recenty helping small businesses grow. John is a coach and mentor for various startup networks, a guest lecturer on entrepreneurship & brand strategy and a graduate of Seth Godin's altMBA.

This is only the start...
