We offer a wide selection of drinks and operate a no alcohol policy whilst the event is in session

Can i bring a partner of female friend

It's a men only space. we welcome all people but ask that during the session women are seated away from the main group unless all are happy to allow a mixed session. Please contact us in advance shoals you like to discuss this.

is there food available

yes snacks and refreshments are available

Do i need to talk?

No. We encourage participation but listening only is also more than welcome

Do you have set format or topic?

We keep the sessions unscripted and free flowing but do have tools and opportunities to take teh conversation in any direction with our skilled facilitators
