About Inclusive Lens

Inclusive Lens is a learning space for creative and cultural organizations dedicated to improving inclusion for Deaf, disabled, and/or neurodivergent (DDN) production talent. Supported by the Esmée Fairbairn Foundation, it provides a mutual and non-judgmental environment for learning about accessible and inclusive workplaces.

The program offers monthly sessions led by DDN professionals wherever possible, including practical TOOLKIT workshops and confidential TROUBLESHOOT sessions to workshop real-life challenges. These sessions aim to help commissioners create inclusive practices, connect them with talented DDN filmmakers for paid opportunities, and promote shared learning.

Please let us know any access requirements when you sign up. BSL interpretation is available.
