Tools and Tips for Beating Procrastination
Wed 16 August 2017, 10:30 – 12:30 BST
Most people do it to some degree – checking their emails, doing the washing up - whatever – rather than face a
looming deadline. If this is a problem in your life, then this short course is for you. It will help you to challenge
and change the negative decision-making that we call procrastination. We have two hours of fast moving insights
and tools and techniques to help you get on track and get things done.
This is a two-hour Bitesize course. You may also wish to consider attending Great Telephone and Reception Skills, which runs in the afternoon, at the same venue.
