    "Each session gives me very simple tools, which I can use in a few minutes and in any place to feel safe and centered on the heart rather than fear. Today's session allowed me to completely relax my body after a very emotionally difficult event and to feel my back relieved by the support of the ground. So simple and effective."

    W hile knowledge and self-awareness are both essential, it is only with implemented practice that we create changes. These sessions are designed for that - to develop practices for a healthier mind.

    Incremental practices help us develop new neural and new muscular pathways. Over time they become more automatic and natural.

    Understanding my background may be important to you to figure out if these sessions are suitable for you. I'm Raneesha - a Therapist, Coach, Educator. I specialise in the area of Somatics. I am also a Mindfulness Teacher and a Classical Indian Dancer. I empower individuals to flourish mentally and emotionally, regardless of where they are in their journey. I founded Radiant Roots which is an initiative for inner wellbeing using mind-based and body-based tools. I draw from lived experience, neurosicence, body-based sciences and ancient world wisdom.
