Understanding my background may be important to you to figure out if these sessions are suitable for you. I'm Raneesha - a Therapist, Coach, Educator. I specialise in the area of Somatics. I am also a Mindfulness Teacher and a Classical Indian Dancer. I empower individuals to flourish mentally and emotionally, regardless of where they are in their journey. I founded Radiant Roots which is an initiative for inner wellbeing using mind-based and body-based tools. I draw from lived experience, neurosicence, body-based sciences and ancient world wisdom.
