If you've been suckered into the "Wine O'clock,' Hurrah for Gin, Mummy's special juice, It's 5 O'clock somewhere meme-life.... what's happened? Whatever it is - It's not your fault. Everywhere we turn someone is pushing the 'benefits' of drinking on us. It's a brave and rebellious step to choose a different direction - I thought I'd end up stressed, lonely and boring if I chose not to drink and ... as it turns out ... nothing could be further from the truth!

Choosing a goal, timeframe, language and set of tools that suited my physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing as I embarked on my alcohol free experiment ensured I was successful and sober superpowered - I'm so delighted to share with you how I started to build a life in which I no longer needed alcohol to numb from.

I didn't hit a rock bottom, I didn't drink every night of the week, I didn't stand to lose everything through my drinking habits - I just came to the slow realisation that I could choose to be a much better version of myself if I tried an alcohol free life (and I was right)!

Sarah retired from drinking (but not from fun) in 2019, she was feeling overwhelmed and thought alcohol was helping her to relax, connect and be hilarious... It wasn't. It was causing brain fog, low level anxiety and was stopping her from parenting in a way that felt truly good (but it had taken her a loooong time to realise this)!

She now coaches and mentors other women who've come to the conclusion that alcohol is causing them more harm than good - whether their goal is to drink less or go alcohol free.
