Tooting Run Club: Sunday Strollers - August 2025

The Sunday Strollers is a new initiative aimed at making TRC even more inclusive and community-focused. It's designed to:

• Make TRC more accessible to beginners, older adults, and those new to movement.
• Offer a gentle pathway into running.
• Support mental wellbeing and social connection through relaxed, pressure-free activity.
• Expand our community engagement and grow the TRC family beyond runners.
• Help injured or returning runners stay connected.

Check-in: From 10:45 (Eventbrite ticket required)
Session Start: Shortly after 11:00
Location: Tooting Common
Distance: 3 miles / 5K

What to Expect
This is a relaxed, chatty, social walk. After checking in at Tooting Athletics Track—where a bag drop will be available—you'll have a chance to meet fellow participants before we head to Tooting Common for a friendly group walk.

How to Participate
Entry is free, but an Eventbrite ticket is required for each session.
One ticket per person—if you're booking for a friend, please register their ticket in their name.

TRC is a free community programme aimed at widening participation, improving fitness, and creating a welcoming space for people to move together. Training with TRC can support your wellbeing, introduce you to new people, and help build confidence through movement.
