How often do you open your mouth to speak and a sound you don’t recognise comes out?

Or you manage to create some sound, but it’s wobbly and seemingly weak…

Or maybe you have a speaking out loud’ moment coming up and you’re terrified everyone is looking at you…

Or you’re starting a new job and you want to sound credible, knowledgeable and confident…

Have you ever thought that working on your voice can help you?

Would you like to feel better about speaking ‘out loud’?

Why not join me in a relaxed and informal workshop to understand your voice a little better and learn some tips and techniques to help.

Whilst there are two parts in this series, sessions can be taken independently as the content is guided by the group.

Each informal and relaxed 90-minute session will explore the mind-body connection as the super-power behind making you feel stronger inside and more vocally powerful. Understand how life-events change how we are perceived, the way we sound and what we can do to avoid losing our sense of self.

Session Lead: Rachel Ley, a Speaker and Performance Coach specialising in helping teams and individuals feel better about speaking 'out loud', for presentations, pitches and general life.

If you have any questions, please contact Rachel on rachel.ley@rlcuk.com
