Event Details

Welcome to a topsy turvy world where you print with an embroidery hoop and draw with your needle.

Award winning designer Jenni Burrows, Contemporary Textiles and Rachel Moore, i-printed-that, will turn your thinking on its head this half-term at a Mad Hatter's Tea Party inspired family workshop.

They will show you and your child how to use items, that you probably already have at home, to print, embellish and make a flag that is as unique as its creator.

The workshop costs £6 per child and is suitable for ages 5+ years. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Please bring a painting shirt or wear old clothes.

About the venue: POP Creative Space, 64 – 66 High Street, Chatham (diagonally opposite Anchorage House) is a brand new art space which is part of Medway Council’s Recreate project to encourage creativity in Medway. Throughout the year it will show case local artists' work and provide workshops for individuals and families.
Metered parking is available outside the building along the High Street and at Globe Lane car park.
