Join us at Torbay and South Devon's FREE Jobs Fair, the perfect opportunity to talk directly with candidates about the live vacancies you have available.
Following the success of the Jobs Fair in March, where over 700 job seekers and 55 businesses attended, we're pleased to see the return of the free event on Friday 5th October in Torquay.
The Jobs Fair gives you the face to face opportunity to recruit both permanent and temporary staff, across all jobs and sectors including:

The FREE Jobs Fair is open to all businesses across Torbay and South Devon who have real live vacancies and apprenticeships to fill at the time of the event, (or in the period afterwards).
JOB SEEKERS - no need to book, just turn up and bring your CV!
Set up

7.45am - access to the venue
-
9am - stands must be set up by (two chairs provided per stand)

9am-9.30am stand visits from JCP with candidates for quiet time pre-booked one to one's, supporting the Disability Confident agenda.

9.30am - event opens to the public
-
1pm - stand take down and event close

The Jobs Fair is a free event for Torbay and South Devon businesses and candidates, delivered by TDA in partnership with Torbay Council and JobCentre Plus

All businesses must have real live vacancies/apprenticeships at the Jobs Fair, or have them available in the few months afterwards.

All businesses will be provided with event set up information and will be required to provide job information in advance of the event.

All businesses are required to provide evaluation feedback and job outputs to measure the success of the event - both on the day and c.6-8weeks afterwards to track any recruitment successes. This evidence will support the delivery of future events.

*No self-employment schemes*. This support will be provided by TDA and JobCentre Plus.

Job seeker candidates do not need to register.
