How accessible is the tour?

Accepted Answer

Due to the nature of the old roads, this walk is best suited to those with good mobility. The route may include steep hills, rough paths, and uneven ground that could be challenging for some. If you are unsure, please contact us for advice before booking.

Where can I park?

Accepted Answer

Llandeilo town parking can be found on Crescent Road SA19 6HN. Additional parking spaces can be found at King Street and next to fire station on Carmarthen Road.

Question 3

Are there toilets?

Accepted Answer

We won't be passing any public conveniences on our tour, however, public toilets can be found in the Rhosmaen Entrance to the Crescent Street car park.

Question 4

What if it rains?

Accepted Answer

Due to the nature of the tour, it will take place outside, so please dress according to weather. If light rain is forecast, the event will still take place. However, if heavy rain is predicted, the tour is likely to be cancelled and refunds issued. We will give sufficient notification  in this case

How long is the tour?

Accepted Answer

It's approx. 1.5 hours long but depending on the size and mobility of the group, it may last a little longer than expected (no longer than 2 hours!)

Where will you take us?

Accepted Answer

The route starts at the top of the bridge and takes in sights such as the Kings Head, top of graveyard, market hall, shire hall, before finishing by the church. Yes, we will take you down some dark and winding old streets for the atmosphere! Definitely bring a torch!

Will you be contacting the dead?

No. To put everyone's mind at rest, this is not a "ghost hunt" or paranormal adventure. We will not be calling upon any spirits during this tour, but will be telling interesting and intriguing tales of the town.
