Join our Instructor Louise for a 10 week course of Total Tone fitness classes, a unique and innovative session. The class will run weekly on a Friday evening from 6pm-7pm commencing on Friday 21st October. Total Tone is a fun and strenuous workout consist of three 20-minute zones focusing on aerobic fitness, full body toning and core strengthening. The classes are held in a fun and friendly environment and are welcome to all.
