Join our instructor Louise for a new and innovative 60 minute exercise class consisting of three 20 minute blocks targeting aerobic fitness, full body toning and core strengthening. A great full-body workout in a fun, friendly and relaxed environment.
Classes take place every friday night from 6pm-7pm with the last session taking place on 23/12/16.
