Total Warrior Training sessions are designed to get your body and mind prepared for race day!
Our program focuses on all the elements you will need to get race ready:
NUTRITION to fuel your body during training and on race day.
GEAR & CLOTHING (type of material to wear, socks, shoes, gloves, etc)
IMPROVING ENDURANCE for running
CIRCUIT TRAINING to train all your muscles and build strength specific for the obstacles.
SKILL WORK & TIPS to conquer obstacles.
TECHNIQUE for obstacles such as monkey bars, monkey rings, cargo nets, rope climb, barbwire crawl, log carry, dry and submerge tunnels, climbing walls, traverse wall, etc.
Total Warrior training days mimic similar terrain that you will be facing - uneven, rocky, muddy, wet and hilly.
Fitness Success Obstacle Gym is equipped with:
Monkey bars, monkey rings, rope climb, wall climb, traverse wall, log carries, tunnels, and everything you need to get strong and race ready!
All fitness levels are welcomed. All movements will be adjusted based on your skill level.
