Following up a series of successful events, I am thrilled to present the 4th TotalBody Pop Up.
This time I partnered with Pixie (from @plantbasedpixie) to bring you a talk/discussion after my signature class, TotalBody, and leave you with some useful tips on how to face the festive season.
I will make sure you'll burn those seasonal extra calories and get your sweat on during the workout.

WHAT IS TOTALBODY
Total body is a brand new head-to-toe workout to music.It is an intelligent mix of cardio and resistance training that will transform your body into a calorie-burning machine.Brief aerobic interval sets will keep your heart rate high throughout the class, even during the slower section of the workout.The toning section is comprised of barre/pilates moves targeting a particular muscle group, sometimes with the aid of weights or resistance bands. The aim of the session is to tone and sculpt your body while having fun to the backdrops of some super beats.
